Snap Send Solve

Snap Send Solve is the free mobile app that allows you to easily report feedback to the relevant authorities including Council, Parks Victoria, Melbourne Water, and Vicroads.

The Whittlesea BUG committee members have to-date found this to be an effective way to report issues with cycling infrastructure regarding maintance (repair and cleaning of debris) of shared-use paths and bicycle lanes.

We encourage members of the BUG and the residents of the City of Whittlesea, to download the app, and use it to report any problems.
